I have been attempting to edit minimum wage, living wage and basic income to reflect some of Kim Swales's work, under their subtopics about implementation or alternatives. Unfortunately there is an unresolved dispute about this at present (see Talk:Minimum wage). Accordingly I am preserving the material here where there is no dispute that it should be, in the hope that some acceptable wording can be found to go in those articles.
